It is mainly used for electrical insulation, demoulding, defoaming, damping and shockproof, hydraulic pressure, dustproof, waterproof box high and low temperature lubrication etc. However, in production and manufacturing, residual oil stains will be formed after the use of silicone oil, thus forming a process for cleaning silicone oil. To know the cause of the formation of silicone oil, it is necessary to start with the characteristics of the silicone oil, and analyze it with dimethyl silicone oil. Dimethicone has physiological inertness, good chemical stability, insulation and weather resistance, wide viscosity range, and freezing point. Low and high flash point, so in the production of precision electronic circuit boards, sensors, etc., it is used as insulation or filling induction. In FPC circuit boards, the silicone oil residue on the surface is caused by the release film containing silicone oil. The main source of silicone oil stains on clean clothes and nitrile gloves is the application of silicone oil or the use of cosmetics in the manufacturing process.

There are actually many ideas for cleaning silicone oil in the industry, but as environmental protection becomes more and more stringent, the requirements for neutral environmental protection are very high, especially when it comes to emissions after cleaning. The neutral silicone oil cleaning agent should be used as a water polyol-based mixture accurately synthesized by anionic and non-ionic surfactants, which is in line with the development of modern industrial cleaning. It is a water-polyol-based mixture accurately synthesized by anionic and non-ionic surfactants. The water-based cleaning agent is safe, non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly. Silicone oil cleaning agents do not contain phosphates, enzymes, ethylenediammonium acetic acid, nitrosotriacetic acid (EDTA/TNA) or chlorine bleach.

It can be used to clean silicone rubber and plastic parts, and it can also be used to clean clothes. It is suitable for spraying and ultrasonic cleaning process. Clothes, aluminum and soft metal surfaces, aluminum trays for medical instruments, phosphate-sensitive utensils in the laboratory, sensitive aviation science materials, pharmaceutical process instruments, medical instruments and electronic originals, etc. Has a good cleaning and anti-rust effect.
The silicone oil cleaning agent is diluted with water to prepare a solution with a concentration of 1% and 2%. To clean serious pollution, increase the solution concentration. Heating the solution (40 to 50 degrees Celsius) or using an ultrasonic cleaning bath can greatly shorten the cleaning time. After the cleaning material is taken out of the solution, it should be rinsed thoroughly immediately. Do not let the cleaning material stand for too long before rinsing. It is recommended to rinse with water three times to ensure complete removal of contaminants and residual traces of cleaning solution. After cleaning the objects, dry them carefully. Use a lint-free cloth or hot air to dry them. The use concentration of this product is 1-2%; the cleaning time is 1-3 minutes; the cleaning temperature: room temperature -80℃, it can be sprayed when it is above 50℃.
